TITLE: “Using the Arts to Foster Emotional Self-Regulation for Junior-Intermediate Students with Attention and/or Hyperactivity Challenges: A Multiple Case Study.”
I am examining how experiences with the arts (music, dance, drama, visual art, media art) can foster emotional self-regulation for students with attention and/or hyperactivity challenges (no formal ADHD diagnosis required).
Generalist teachers (Grades 4-8) who use the arts to support students with attention and/or hyperactivity challenges.
Students with attention and/or hyperactivity challenges (Grades 4-8) who engage with the arts at school or home.
