Just realized, it’s 3:00 AM and I’m still up!!! Most of the time, when I stay up late, it’s because I simply don’t get tired. I take magnesium and melatonin before I go to bed, but I often forget to go to bed until I get tired… which sometimes never comes. I’m not on any stimulant medication, so WHY AM I NEVER SLEEPY? 😀 Anyone else struggle with this?
Hi, yes I have the same problem! I do not get sleepy untill 01.00
What I do now is take 0.5 mg of melatonin at 19.30 en than I get a little bit sleepy at 21.30 and rush to bed. I set an alarm to take the meda and it works for me! Good look, I hope this will be helpfull for you. (Excuse my english, it is not my native laguage)
