I have been thinking that over the past two years I have been eating a lot of cheese every day … more than most people would eat. It is marbled hard cheese usually of cheddar and mozzarella. It seems to act as a protein (?) to help keep my blood sugar stable as I tend to be a bit hypoglycemic (usually eat about every 3 hours) so I eat some cheese along with veggies, fruit etc. It is easier to “grab some cheese” than cooked meat. I only have been eating meat at maximum once a day usually if I cook it for supper. I also assumed that I am getting l-tyrosine from cheese like from meat so that cheese helps with focus issues similarly? Now am wondering if my “cheese habit” is actually contributing to focus issues …?
