I am looking at restraining and want to do college/online courses, the last time I retrained was back in 2003 and it was a bit of a disaster as I had none of the ‘learning skills’ for revision etc I have had senior jobs in the passed but I am always let down by my organisation skills and my ability to ‘remember’ stuff. Does anyone know of resources that would help, maybe tools that are used at university or even school.

University/colleges does have resources to help. Let them know you have ADD/ADHD, they might have someone on staff to help.

Most colleges now have a disability services department to help students with learning differences. Seeking out and accepting that help could make a huge difference. Here are some more strategies for college students with ADHD too.
