      Hi all,
I am a mother to a kid with ADHD and have ADHD myself, my experience and the information here and in other communities suggests that we as parents and patients need to be educated and not relay only on professionals.
Would love to hear any recommendations for good relayeble sources.
As I have ADHD I struggle with reading long articles, I prefer audio or video options.
I was thinking of sources like books (audiobooks) or online courses. Looking for a level beyond the basics of what is ADHD, more about scientific knowledge and data, aroudn deferent treatment options, how the brain works etc.

      Thank you
      Adi
