I am going to Bali and have been told that Dexamphetamines even when prescribed, and with all the right documentation and not carrying any more meds than required for the time away, are strictly prohibited.
So I need to know the best system for going off them in the few weeks before I leave. And any other information and suggestions would be appreciated.
      Thank you

Talk with your prescribing doctor about the best way to stop your medication.

I have been on Dexedrine for almost 20 yearss. I am 70 years old and was diagnosed at 50. Sometimes I don’t take it for a couple of days and the first 2-4 are rough in that I am tired and hungry. All that rebound stuff. +When I had hip surgery I had to be off for a couple of weeks and as the days passed, it got easier to cope with. But it isn’t easy – but do it slowly – less medication each subsequent day – don’t do cold turkey – good luck.
