Reading this website and other people’s experiences makes me feel almost certain I have ADHD to some extent. I have so many of the traits especially the disorganisation but I recignise so many of the other too.
I already take quite a bit of medication for other things so would not want to take anything else.
I would like to seek help from an ADHD coach but would they help me if I don’t have an official diagnosis? I am in th UK if anyone can suggest anything?
