Hi, I’ve been ADHD since I was a young kid (now 36). I’m medicated and for the most part have my life is some type of order. I have a wonderful, loving, supportive wife and a terrific high-energy 5 year old. We recently found out that my little guy is ADHD. Since I have ADHD, I have trouble helping him with his. Can you guys share some resources, tips, blogs, books, gadgets that can help me and help me help him?

      Thanks!

There’s so much information out there in all the requests you posted. On ADDitude, there’s an entire section of the site devoted to parents of kids with ADHD: https://www.additudemag.com/category/parenting-adhd-kids/. There’s some guidance on when mom or dad has ADHD too:

When Mom or Dad Has ADHD

      ADDitude also offers many eBooks:

Of course, there are many wonderful parents here who will chime in and let you know what has been useful for them as well.
