I’m 26 years old and was diagnosed with ADHD and learning disability and an early age, my parents never put me on any medication or did any kind of treatments to help and now I’m feel like I’m suffering from it. I feel like I’m losing my mind all the time I can’t hold a job down because I feel like I don’t understand anything I can’t concentrate they said I talk too fast I don’t want to do any suggestions

It’s never too late to treat your ADHD. Medication and therapy can help a great deal, as well as a healthy lifestyle.
