Hi Leanz! Do you have someone you can talk to about this? A therapist or a religious counselor perhaps? It’s important to work through your feelings and getting some help with that is powerful. You need to renew your self-confidence and feel capable and competent again.
I also wonder if your partner would be willing to go to couples counseling.
