Ah, a fellow bipolar sufferer and ADHD. That was the reason I wasn’t prescribed stimulants. Also I am prone to tics which stimulants can make worse. I live in the UK and attend a specialist adult adhd centre so my medication was, and still is prescribed by the psychiatrist. Although I am 66 I was only given an adhd diagnosis a couple of years ago, up til then it was just bipolar. Do you see a psychiatrist for bipolar?
