Zinc, magnesium citrate and OPCs such as blueberry extract have really worked well for my girl with adhd. It took almost 3 months, but a noticeable difference. She stopped meds. I know everyone’s chemistry & growth are different. But we followed this plan after watching Dr. Barkley’s presentation somewhere on this site.
Zinc 15 mg/day, mag citrate (not oxide) 400 mg/day
