I personally don’t tolerate products ending with “ol”, like sorbital, erythritol, xylitol, and such. A little bit of “alcohol”. I prefer organic sugar, or coconut sugar which has lower glycemic index and sometime stevia though I am careful with that.
I prefer anything natural and find it easier on my system overall. Otherwise, I get GI and cognitive symptoms, including increased distractability. I think my son does too.
