Oh yeah Amber…focus on helping ppl who want help. It could just be a random person in the grocery store, or a single parent that needs a babysitter. Lose yourself in giving to RECEPTIVE ppl. That’s a HEALTHY distraction. Compliment random ppl even if you are fighting tears over your own life. If you have a hard time sleeping try to get meds for that…go to bed early…just do practical/ within your reach things to heal your brain slowly.
