Thank you for replying AutumnDraidean! I agree that from what (little) I’ve read and experienced myself, that hormones must have a significant impact on ADHD symptoms. With changing hormones from perimenopause, I think this is why my symptoms have become out of control which led to my diagnosis at 47. It’s like a triple whammy dealing with hormones related to hypothyroidism on top of it.
Just fyi everyone, I stuck a casserole in the oven tonight. The timer went off and I noticed the oven wasn’t very hot and the casserole wasn’t done. Somehow I managed to turn off the oven while it was supposed to be baking. I have never done this before. It’s almost 9 pm and we haven’t eaten. Haaaa!
