The time you wake up is one of the hardest things to change. It will take some time and trying different strategies to get to success with this. Right now, you need to ask yourself what can you try differently to help you get up earlier? Is it the alarm clock across the room as someone suggested? Is it an alarm clock that shakes the bed? Is it going to sleep earlier? What can you try differently?
Give yourself some grace. You’re making huge efforts to make improvements. You are trying and that is a huge first step. The rest takes time and patience.
