2. Eating regularly (I get distracted and forget)
3. GABA- it’s an amino acid that helps with anxiety and helps with calm moods
4. Magnesium- I take it every night. I ran out for two days and started having panic attacks. It DEFINITELY helps me stay calm and manage stress.
5. Exercise- I generally feel more in control of my moods if I have a physical outlet, whether it’s intense cardio or yoga. Moving my muscles releases all the stress I’ve been carrying with me.
I also second the being outside thing. Nothing calms me down like looking at the sky by myself. Reminds me that the world goes on, it’s bigger than me, and somehow things work out in the end.
