I don’t know if any of these help with memory, but this is what I take to help with my symptoms:
Magnesium Citrate
Omega 3
Melatonin (sleep)
B complex
Vetiver essential oil- Research-based alternative to meds. TOTALLY clears up my brain fog. I usually use it when studying and feel pretty immediate results.
