Those are medication side effects you should NOT accept. Please talk to your prescribing doctor about these side effects and making a change.

There are two types of stimulants: amphetamine (Adderall, Vyvanse, Evekeo…) and methylphenidate (Ritalin, Concerta, Quillivant…). Almost everyone does well on one type or the other, but not both. With that in mind, you might find that you would do better on a methylphenidate.
