Susan Caughman, Founder & Editor-in-Chief
Susan Caughman served in a number of senior executive positions during her publishing career, including general management, consumer marketing, and editorial roles at Time Inc magazines and at Newsweek. Earlier in her career, she worked in international economic development managing small business start-ups at grassroots levels in West Africa. A graduate of Middlebury College and the Yale School of Management, she lives in New York City with her family.
Wayne Kalyn, Editor
During his extensive career in health journalism, Wayne has written and edited for many top consumer magazines and newspapers, and been nominated for several writing awards. He has also written several books. Kalyn wrote for Men’s Journal (which won an ASME National Magazine Award while he was there), Health magazine, and served as editorial director of health books for Reader’s Digest .
Anni Rodgers, General Manager
A veteran of Rolling Stone Online and Fast Company, Anni earned her MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School before founding an independent consulting company delivering digital strategy to growing magazines. As web director for The Build Network at Inc.magazine, she relaunched TheBuildNetwork.com and forged a custom microsite business. Anni oversees all editorial and digital strategies for ADDitude. Anni is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and lives in Mystic, Connecticut, with her husband and two children.
Eve Gilman, Managing Editor
With over fifteen years experience as a health journalist, Eve is the managing editor of ADDitude‘s print magazine, oversees production of the digital and app editions of the magazine, and is responsible for writing, editing, designing, and tracking ADDitude‘s email newsletters. She is also the editor of Adoptive Families (AdoptiveFamilies.com).
Nathaly Pesantez, Assistant Editor
An experienced health journalist, Nathaly Pesantez writes and edits feature stories and news reports for ADDitude magazine and website. A graduate of both NYU and the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, Nathaly earlier worked as a local news reporter. She lives in her home borough of Queens, New York.
Lilly Constance, Webinar Manager and Staff Writer
Lilly Constance oversees webinar production at ADDitude and all webinar related communication with experts and readers. She writes content for ADDitudeMag.com, including news reports and medication reviews, and implements SEO strategies across the site. Lilly has a background in print and digital editorial production and social media community management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
Anne Mazza, Advertising Director
Anne Mazza is the director of advertising at ADDitude. She has been in advertising sales for the past 16 years, working for niche market publications. She came to New Hope Media in 2009 to sell online and print advertising for ADDitude magazine.
Anne lives in New York City with her husband. Her young-adult son (who has ADHD) is a US Navy Yeoman Seaman. She raised two stepchildren, who also live in New York City, and has one grandson, adopted from Russia.
Stuart R. Jordan, Marketing and Advertising Operations
As Managing Director of University Health Publishing Group, a learing consumer health organization, Stuart managed the consumer health newsletters, books, reports, and websites created for UC Berkeley and Johns Hopkins Medicine. In addition, as Managing Partner of Stuart R. Jordan Consulting, LLC, Stuart has provided circulation, direct marketing, and business plan solutions to a wide variety of well-known publishing clients including Reader’s Digest, New York Magazine, Martha Stewart Living, Columbia Journalism Review, and Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street Magazine. He is a graduate of Haverford College.
Ron Anteroinen, Consulting Art Director
Ron is a New York City-based art director and designer with a background in fine art and a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University. He studied digital design at Pratt Manhattan and School of Visual Arts. Ron has worked in many areas of graphic design over the years, from advertising at Y&R to POP retail at Medallion Retail, web production at softObjects inc, and publishing at Kaplan and Scholastic. His desire to work on material with a deep sense of community purpose has led him to become Consulting Art Director for ADDitude magazine.
Joseph Caserto, Consulting Art Director
Joseph Caserto is an award-winning graphic artist, educator, and consultant, who is based in New York City and specializes in publication design. Joseph earned a BFA with honors in Graphic Design from Pratt Institute, and has worked for many magazines including Billboard, BusinessWeek, Marie Claire, and Vibe. He has won American Graphic Design Awards from GD USA magazine annually, since 2008, when he also received a Create Award. Joseph is an active member of AIGA, Freelancers Union, Graphic Artists’ Guild, and SPD, the Society of Publication Designers. He teaches at NYU and Pace University.
Susan Sidler, Circulation Director
Susan is a magazine circulation and direct marketing professional with 33 years of experience. Prior to starting her own business in 1997, she held senior consumer marketing positions at companies including Meredith Corporation, Rodale Press. Her extensive list of clients has included Nickelodeon, Children’s Television Workshop, Yankee Magazine, Archaeology, Love of Quilting, American Woodworker, Make: Magazine, and other special interest consumer magazines. Susan lives with her husband, two dogs, lizard, and guinea pig in Cornwall, Pennsylvania.
Penny Williams, Social Media Editor
Penny Williams, a.k.a., The ADHD Momma, guides and mentors parents raising kids with ADHD and/or autism. She’s the parent of a son with ADHD and autism, and the author of three award-winning books on parenting kids with ADHD: Boy Without Instructions, What to Expect When Parenting Children with ADHD, and The Insider’s Guide to ADHD. Penny is the current editor of ParentingADHDandAutism.com, founder and instructor for The Parenting ADHD & Autism Academy, and a frequent contributor on parenting and children with ADHD for ADDitude magazine, Healthline, WNC Parent, and other parenting and special needs publications.
Rebecca Brown Wright, Social Media Editor
Rebecca Brown Wright is a writer, blogger, and content marketer with a passion for telling the world about ADHD. She honestly writes in her sleep, but every now and then she surfaces from the world of words long enough to go hiking, visit a museum, or see a movie with her family.
Hope Goodrich, Web Assistant
Hope, a native New Yorker, graduated from Oberlin College in 2014 with a degree in Environmental Studies. She spent a year doing community service and land management for the AmeriCorps Cape Cod Program. She now lives in Manhattan and works as a web assistant for ADDitude. She has certificates in graphic design and photo retouching from Noble Desktop.
