Susan CaughmanSusan Caughman, Founder & Editor-in-Chief
Susan Caughman served in a number of senior executive positions during her publishing career, including general management and editorial roles at Time Inc magazines. Susan has a long history of work in support of families and children. As both a Peace Corps volunteer and a program director for the American Friends Service Committee, she launched health programs for rural women in West Africa. Later, she helped found Families with Children from China. A graduate of Middlebury College and the Yale School of Management, she lives in New York City with her family and aged dog Buster.

 

Wayne KalynWayne Kalyn, Editor
Wayne has written and edited for many top consumer magazines and newspapers, and been nominated for several writing awards. He has also written several books. Kalyn worked for Men’s Journal (which won an ASME National Magazine Award while he was there), Health magazine, and Reader’s Digest as editorial director of health books. He wants to write a collection of short stories or poetry.

 

Eve GilmanEve Gilman, Managing Editor
Eve is the managing editor of ADDitude magazine. She is also the editor of Adoptive Families, and brings the perspective of an adult adoptee to all the parenting advice and personal stories that appear in the magazine and on AdoptiveFamilies.com. She lives with her family in St. Louis, Missouri.

 
 

Anni RodgersAnni Rodgers, Digital Marketing Director
A veteran of Rolling Stone Online and Fast Company, Anni earned her MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School before founding an independent consulting company delivering digital strategy to growing magazines. As web director for The Build Network at Inc.magazine, she relaunched TheBuildNetwork.com and forged a custom microsite business. Anni oversees the online strategies for ADDitude. Anni is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and lives in Mystic, Connecticut, with her husband, two children, and black Lab.

 

Anne MazzaAnne Mazza, Advertising Director
Anne Mazza is the director of advertising at ADDitude. She has been in advertising sales for the past 16 years, working for niche market publications. She came to New Hope Media in 2009 to sell online and print advertising for ADDitude magazine.

Anne lives in New York City with her husband. Her young-adult son (who has ADHD) is a US Navy Yeoman Seaman. She raised two stepchildren, who also live in New York City, and has one grandson, adopted from Russia.

 

Stuart JordanStuart R. Jordan, Marketing and Advertising Operations
As Managing Director of University Health Publishing Group, a learing consumer health organization, Stuart managed the consumer health newsletters, books, reports, and websites created for UC Berkeley and Johns Hopkins Medicine. In addition, as Managing Partner of Stuart R. Jordan Consulting, LLC, Stuart has provided circulation, direct marketing, and business plan solutions to a wide variety of well-known publishing clients including Reader’s Digest, New York Magazine, Martha Stewart Living, Columbia Journalism Review, and Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street Magazine. He is a graduate of Haverford College.

 

Ron AnteroinenRon Anteroinen, Consulting Art Director
Ron is a New York City-based art director and designer with a background in fine art and a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University. He studied digital design at Pratt Manhattan and School of Visual Arts. Ron has worked in many areas of graphic design over the years, from advertising at Y&R to POP retail at Medallion Retail, web production at softObjects inc, and publishing at Kaplan and Scholastic. His desire to work on material with a deep sense of community purpose has led him to become Consulting Art Director for ADDitude magazine.

 

Joe CasertoJoseph Caserto, Consulting Art Director
Joseph Caserto is an award-winning graphic artist, educator, and consultant, who is based in New York City and specializes in publication design. Joseph earned a BFA with honors in Graphic Design from Pratt Institute, and has worked for many magazines including Billboard, BusinessWeek, Marie Claire, and Vibe. He has won American Graphic Design Awards from GD USA magazine annually, since 2008, when he also received a Create Award. Joseph is an active member of AIGA, Freelancers Union, Graphic Artists’ Guild, and SPD, the Society of Publication Designers. He teaches at NYU and Pace University.

 

Kate HarmsworthKate Harmsworth, Digital Marketing Manager
Kate joined the ADDitude team in 2010. In her role as digital marketing manager, she is responsible for writing, editing, and tracking all email communications. She oversees production of the digital and app editions of the magazine and produces the weekly expert webinars. Before joining ADDitude, Kate worked in development at a non-profit in Portland, Maine, serving at-risk teens. She holds bachelor’s degrees in History and French from Bates College.

 

Janice RoddenJanice Rodden, Digital Content Editor
Janice is a New York City-based writer and copy editor who (vicariously) lived the life of luxury blogging with Haute Living magazine and became tech savvy writing software guides for Vitech Systems Group, Inc. She is a proud Fordham alum who edited ESL textbooks with Grupo Santillana while living in Madrid and discovered the fun of creating tests (instead of taking them) with Pearson Education and LearningMate Solutions. Janice holds an MA in Sociology and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, and Alpha Sigma Nu.

 

Devon FryeDevon Frye, Reporter
Devon is a journalist based in New York City. She is a graduate of New York University, where she received a BA in journalism and comparative literature with a minor in French. She was a national finalist for the 2014 Hearst Journalism Awards, was the 2013 recipient of the Anna and John Peter Zenger Award, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Her work has appeared in Shoeleather magazine, Country Living, and Scholastic MATH. She once rode a bus for 15 hours to North Carolina to report on the plight of child farmworkers.

 

Susan SidlerSusan Sidler, Circulation Director
Susan is a magazine circulation and direct marketing professional with 33 years of experience. Prior to starting her own business in 1997, she held senior consumer marketing positions at companies including Meredith Corporation, Rodale Press. Her extensive list of clients has included Nickelodeon, Children’s Television Workshop, Yankee Magazine, Archaeology, Love of Quilting, American Woodworker, Make: Magazine, and other special interest consumer magazines. Susan lives with her husband, two dogs, lizard, and guinea pig in Cornwall, Pennsylvania.

 

Penny WilliamsPenny Williams, Social Media Editor
Penny Williams, a.k.a., The ADHD Momma, guides and mentors parents raising kids with ADHD and/or autism. She’s the parent of a son with ADHD and autism, and the author of three award-winning books on parenting kids with ADHD: Boy Without Instructions, What to Expect When Parenting Children with ADHD, and The Insider’s Guide to ADHD. Penny is the current editor of ParentingADHDandAutism.com, founder and instructor for The Parenting ADHD & Autism Academy, and a frequent contributor on parenting and children with ADHD for ADDitude magazine, Healthline, WNC Parent, and other parenting and special needs publications.

 

Rebecca Brown WrightRebecca Brown Wright, Social Media Editor
Rebecca Brown Wright is a writer, blogger, and content marketer with a passion for telling the world about ADHD. She honestly writes in her sleep, but every now and then she surfaces from the world of words long enough to go hiking, visit a museum, or see a movie with her family.

 
 

Hope GoodrichHope Goodrich, Web Assistant
Hope, a native New Yorker, graduated from Oberlin College in 2014 with a degree in Environmental Studies. She spent a year doing community service and land management for the AmeriCorps Cape Cod Program. She now lives in Harlem and works as a web assistant for ADDitude. She is taking graphic design classes to supplement her work.
