Ted is a senior OD and HR Consultant who has worked in the US, Europe, Africa and Asia for organizations that include GSK, Wellcome Trust and the Medical Research Council.  He is currently writing articles and a book about best Human Resources practice, with a focus on creating an inclusive environment.  Ted believes that helping line managers and HRBPs understand the practical issues of employing people with physical and/or mental differences, they can attract and retain a more diverse set of people, which in turn will lead to greater productivity.  Ted has recently published "The Train Blog" (#CommissionsEarned) on Amazon, with profits going to the health charities tackling COVID-19, and he regularly blogs on LinkedIn in his "DearTed "posts.
