Sydney Seuferer, t-LHMC, NCC
Sydney Seuferer is a temporarily licensed Mental Health Counselor (t-LMHC) in the state of Iowa. She is also an adult with ADHD. In her own words:
It has been such a challenging and healing journey to support and treat those who have ADHD while also moving through my own struggles. I’ve come to appreciate the humor and irony of successfully helping an individual manage their own daily functioning, only to come home to a life of doom piles, dust and dysfunction. By sharing my experience I hope to help others feel seen and understood in the midst of their own healing journey’s that can often feel lonely and futile. In my professional life I love being able to guide people toward self-compassion. In my personal life I love hanging out with my dog and my partner, fostering my creative side and traveling.
