Suzanne Allen, Psy.D.

Suzanne Allen, Psy.D. is the Co-Director of CBT Westport, a private psychotherapy practice located in Westport, CT and a licensed clinical psychologist. She is also one half of "The Parenting Pair", a collaborative partnership dedicated to bringing compassionate and effective parenting skills to all parents, particularly parents of children with mental health concerns. In addition to extensive training in Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, Dr. Allen has a high level of expertise in the most up-to-date treatments for ADHD across the lifespan. Dr. Allen is a former school psychologist, director of a Child Advocacy Center and has provided consultation to schools, organizations, and agencies regarding ADHD, childhood anxiety, and social and emotional development. In addition, Dr. Allen is an advocate for the health and well-being of all children and their families.
