S.J. Laury, BSW, may be new to blogging, but not to navigating life with her amazing ADHD-brained family members. Laury's journey has evolved into a passion for continuous learning, advocacy, and encouraging those with and without ADHD to live their best lives. As the only neurotypical person in her family, she is particularly aware of the family dynamics and she hopes her experiences over the years will be a practical source of support and encouragement to non-ADHD moms, partners, and wives.
For more than 30 years, Laury has been serving in social-work related organizations and is currently pursuing a master's in human service with a family life educator certification.
