Mrinal Gokhale uses writing to destigmatize mental health and share her own journey to wellness with others. Her first book, Saaya Unveiled: South Asian Mental Health Spotlighted (#CommissionsEarned), is a collection of true stories that illustrate mental health stigma in South Asian cultures. Since its release, Mrinal has collaborated with many platforms since its publication, such as Raksha, Inc., several podcasts, and the Medical College of Wisconsin's Community Conversations Campaign. She has a Bachelor's degree in marketing.
