Mia Stegner is a 21-year-old singer-songwriter, freelancer, and recent college graduate. She was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and has always been a passionate advocate for creative expression, self-discovery, and mental health. A storyteller at heart, Stegner views both writing and music as an avenue to ask questions, seek answers, and ponder both personal and collective pieces of the human experience. She is also the author of "Scribbled Pleas," a journal and lyric book, and the director of "Rabbits Under the Shed," an award-winning animated children’s musical.
