Laura Petix, MS, OTR/L, is a pediatric Occupational Therapist from Southern California who works with children ages 2-10 using sensory based intervention strategies to help children develop cognitive, social emotional, and sensory motor abilities to allow them to fully enjoy and participate in life. In addition to her clinical insights, Laura has personal experience raising a young child with sensory processing disorder and she finds so much passion and fulfillment in connecting with other parents in the same boat through her instagram channel, @TheOTButterfly.
