Jill Finnessy is a freelance writer and mother of three boys. She has taught high school and college level English and is currently a University Supervisor for student teachers. After years of educating herself about her son’s ADHD and simultaneously discovering her own, she is now actively investigating certification to become an ADHD coach so that she can help others navigate the joy and the challenge that it is to live with and parent someone who struggles with executive function.
