Diane O'Reilly is an ADDCA-certified ADHD coach who speaks openly about her own experiences living with undiagnosed ADHD for more than four decades — the many failures and eventual addictions that make her an empathic life coach for adults, teens, and children with ADHD.
She believes in coaching the whole person, not just their ADHD, and believes it is both necessary and healing for people with ADHD to set and achieve challenging and exciting goals. In her coaching, she aims to do that and to help them overcome some of the more debilitating obstacles that have historically held them back.
Diane lives just outside of Toronto, Canada, with her husband and four boys, her website is IndigoTreeCoaching.com.
