Daniel G. Amen, M.D., is a physician, double board-certified psychiatrist, teacher, and nine-time New York Times bestselling author. Dr. Amen is the founder and medical director of Amen Clinics in Newport Beach and San Francisco, California, Bellevue, Washington, Reston, Virginia, Atlanta, and New York City. Dr. Amen is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He is the author or co-author of 60 professional articles and more than 30 books, including the The Daniel Plan, Change Your Brain, Change Your Life, Magnificent Mind at Any Age, and Healing ADD.
