Christina Young (she/her) draws on over 15 years of experience as an educational leader, certified life coach, and licensed professional counselor to support personal and professional growth and organizational learning. As a coach, she helps her clients strengthen their self-awareness and self-management skills and leverage their emotional and social intelligence in order to reach their full potential.
Christina is an administrator for a leading independent school, where she directs the mental health counseling department and health programming for grades 6-12 and the performance coaching professional development program for faculty and administrators. She has a private practice as an ADHD coach at Hallowell Center NYC and she’s a guest instructor at Teachers College, Columbia University where she teaches graduate classes in cognitive science and performance coaching for the Klingenstein Center for School Leadership. Christina holds an M.S.Ed. in Counseling and she is a doctoral candidate in Organization & Leadership at Columbia University.
