Beth Main

ADHDSolutions

Beth Main is an ADHD coach, therapist, and the founder of ADHDSolutions.net. She specializes in using a cognitive-behavioral approach to helping people with ADHD overcome their challenges and achieve success. She received her master's degree in Counseling from Messiah College and holds both the Board Certified Coach (BCC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) designations from the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE). She is also the parent of a child with ADHD.
