ADHD coach Stephanie Sarkis teamed with lawyer and finance expert Karl Klein to explain how ADHD symptoms adversely affect money management. The book is a mix of information and activities that readers can apply to their lives.

To curb impulsive purchases, the authors suggest not touching things at the store because it makes you more likely to want to buy it. Or to shop with a friend who will ask whether you need the item you’re considering.

The authors cover a range of financial challenges — from how money dynamics play out in relationships, to organizing, budgeting, investing, managing debt, working with banks, and talking to your kids about money — while keeping it short enough to not bore you. That’s quite an accomplishment, wouldn’t you say?
