    Alternatives to RX
There are many alternative treatments to RX, EFA's, Mercola diet, reducing stress, getting the right amount of sleep, reducing environmental toxins, removing mercury (from vaccinations--we all have some, and research has found that people with add/autistic symptoms have much more).

    Adult Add-Lack of Skilled Treatment
At age 54 I've spent 4 yrs trying to find help other than RX, but find no one skilled in treating me in the St Louis area. This is both depressing and flustrating. Life seems more difficult than before I knew I has ADD.
