What Should an IEP Include?

That depends entirely upon your child's individual needs, but some accommodations commonly put in place for students with ADHD are: preferential seating in class, extended time for written tests and assignments, help in maintaining a daily planner, and a second set of books to be kept at home, so the student does not have to remember to bring each book home each night. Work with your son's school to develop the best plan for him.
