I don't do well at job interviews, how can I improve my chances for success?

Have your spouse or a friend ask typical job-interview questions—“What have you enjoyed most about your past positions? What strengths would you bring to this job?”—and videotape the “interview.” Once you see yourself on tape, identify areas in which you need to improve. Meanwhile, you may consider a few sessions with an ADHD coach who specializes in
social skills or
career planning.
