Vitamins & Stimulants: A Bad Interaction?Filed Under: Supplements for ADHD, Side Effects of ADHD Meds
Q:
"I heard recently that vitamin supplements interact with stimulant medication. Is that true?"
A:
I know of no evidence to suggest that vitamins have any impact on the effectiveness of stimulants. Feel free to take your vitamins whenever it's convenient — before, after, or at the same time that you take the stimulant.
