I feel that reading/meeting ADDers is counterproductive for me I read and hear so many horrible life stories, that it brings me down by reminding that it all could be a lot worse. What is wrong with my attitude? Quote

I read and hear so many horrible life stories, that it brings me down by reminding that it all could be a lot worse. What is wrong with my attitude?
