Question about my communication skills and memory

Hi,

I'm a 55 yr old guy who is struggling with my ADD. It seems that lately, I've been having trouble "saying what I mean" and also with my memory (short term). I've been experiencing more than usual stres at home and at work, is that perhaps the root cause? Any comments would be great, thanks!
