My daughter doesn't want to do ANYTHING, at school all I hear and have heard ever is she doesn't do her work, and she surely give me the HARDEST time at home doing homework, she LOVES to socialize is the biggest social bug I know (which I Love about her, but friends are hard to come by for her). She's been playing basketball since she was 61/2 yrs old, she's now 15 yrs going on 16 this year, her coach even says she comes to practice not wanting to work hard. At home its the samething she come home from school and go to her room and lay in bed with her phone socializing via text, facebook, twitter, when asked to help with anything around the house or just to get groceries out of the car her lips are stuck out........ I'm about to CRACK on someone (not her) because I'm so hurt, stressed out angry etc..... SHE REFUSES ALL HELP!!!!!!! WHY???? I don't want her to suffer in this world, she's getting older but she doesn't want to learn a thing. I know someone like her and it's her Dad, could this be hereditary? I'm not trying to place any sole blame or make any excuses Im just trying to understand.
