You mean we only get to pick 3??? LOL!!

Hi, First of all, I want to wish you luck with your research. My biggest challenge is 1. Being on time.

2. Beating myself up on a regular basis and guilt.

3. Learning to say no, when someone asks of a favor and I just can't do it. I end up saying yes and then I am completely overwhelmed.

Good Luck!!

Cheers,

K

Top 3 struggles

Paper clutter would have to be top of the list.I have to recycle any junk mail immediately and throw out unnecessary receipts on my way out of a store.Important ones go straight into an envelope.Using one small spiralbound notepad cuts down on loose paper all over the place.(If I don't, my pocketbook, tabletops and dresser are overflowing before I realize it). An armoire works better ,for me,than a dresser.Everything is easily accessible and it's tough to clutter the top of an armoire. Second would be time management. I've learned to be a clock watcher and to cut down my daily to do list (allowing a "cushion of time" between errands and appointments to help reduce lateness and stress). Third is sticking with mindnumbingly mundane tasks until they are completed. Once I recognized that uncomfortable feeling ( of being "imprisoned") while trying to sustain focus, I've been able to work around it. Music makes even dishwashing bearable. A short break can refresh my brain and give me a "second wind". Sometimes just visualizing myself relaxing after the "drudgery" can help me push through it.

I call it my "light at the end of the tunnel".
