Help! Suggestions Advice please for adult ADD son

I have an adult ADD son. He is 22, diagnosed when he was 18 - just in time for college. His first year was a disaster, we thought we had everything in place for him to succeed. He had tutors, accommodations and someone to talk to. It was a disaster, he flunked out. Came home, went to community college repeated half the classes he took, but on a part-time basis and soared, made the part-time deans list. He felt he had figured out where he went wrong, transferred to another 4-year college dismal 1st semester, better second semester, then this past semester - worst semester ever. He is again home after being academically suspended. He has registered again part time at the local community college, can not take over classes due to his lateness in enrolling for classes. He doesn't seem to be upset, though inwardly I know it's got to be killing him.

I think he needs reevaluation, and a better psychiatrist to deal with his medication. Herein lies my problem ... He seems to accept his diagnosis, he feels I am trying to fix him. Which isn't true, I only want to see him suffer less. How do you convince or get the person you love to see he needs help when they don't see it themselves?
