I feel like giving up on meds..

Hi everyone.. I'm new here and feeling a little bit desperate. My son is 6 years old and he is a small guy.. he only weighs 38 pounds. We have tried Focalin (made him too angry), then Daytrana which worked well but really tore up his skin.. and recently tried Vyvanse and he slept almost the whole day for 3 days in a row so I took him off of that immediately.. I feed him a big breakfast and dinner because I know he doesn't eat lunch but he still lost a pound.. I just want him to succeed but I feel like I'm not doing the right thing by experimenting with medication and I don't know if we will ever find the right one. Not sure what do to next or if I should just wait until he grows more.. Needing support! Thanks! Tammy

Try these....

Speaking as a doctor who treats ADHD, and as a mother of a son with ADHD, those meds you mentioned are not the only game in town. There are all-natural, plant and herb-based supplements that do not have any detrimental side effects, no addictive qualities, no risk of withdrawal, etc.
