Living on a College Campus
I went to a community college for 3.5 years which was only 10 min away from my house and finally received my AA. I have ADD Non-Verbal Learning, executive dysfunctional, slow processing and some other minor learning disabilities. My time management skills are very poor and I have horrible anxiety with school. I now go to a school a half an hour away and managing my time to drive all the way there 5 days and a week and leave time for parking and any studying time at the college is very hard for me and I am only in my 2nd semester. My first semester I had to drop 2 out of 4 classes and I still did not do well in the 2 I kept.
I want to know from anyone who is like me and went to college with these disabilities if it would make a major change for me to live on campus, that way since the most important thing I need to focus on now is school I will basically live there and if I work anywhere else I will only have to drive there and such.
