Accommodating ADD on the internet.

This site seems like the antithesis of sites designed for people with ADD. There are multiple adds flashing all over the site, 3 separate menus, each option in the main menu is crammed with 20-50 links. etc. I just read the article on accommodating ADD in the classroom. Is there one about accommodating ADD on the web?
