Trying to organizde a small bachelor suite...

I was just now diagnosed with adult ADHD. I have been attempting to figure out how to arrange my small bachelor suite so I don't have an overwhelming amount of stiumlation all the time. I have futon/bench set that pushes together to make a double bed so sleeping is d iffifult unless it is set up as parmanent bed...exccept then I don't have a sofa at all so I end up doing everything on my bed which alsso doesn help. I also have a TV, playstation, computer, and an art table (I'm going ot be eithe rgoing to art school or working with an art disability organization) Not to mention shelf, dresser, and guinea pig. I've been trying to figure out how organize the things I need to do (sleep) (entertainment: TV< playstaiong) and work (art, computer). How I have it set up now is the art table right near the bed with the dresser and shelf blocking it from the entrance hallway. Both are right next to the balcony doors which is my only source of natural light but also looks straight out onto another appartment, + at rushhour you hear the traffic two streets away. I would just like to be able to somehow seperrate the studio/bed area from the entertainment area so I have a 'quiet' zone, but without making it claustophbic.
