Is this my Concerta or something else?

I am on concerta for the 2nd time. I was on it before in 7th grade, I'm in 10th grade now. I am on the 27 milligram tablets. I noticed the usual loss of appetite almost immediately; no worries, I know when I'm supposed to eat. I had to FORCE down my food at ihop today. Then my mom took me to the supermarket and this was where everything got ridiculous. Literally everything looked and smelled repulsive unless it was sugary. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I later went to a thrift store and I just didn't feel right... I felt like I was far too overstimulated. The feeling hasn't gone and the only way I can describe this is like having my brain poured out. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life and to top it all off I have summer school in less than an hour. I'm going to have to deal with solving complicated algebra in the state I'm in. Is this the concerta or the ADD?
