i work in a box store (retail). We had one very understanding manager now the one we have is not a nice person. He does left you explain yourself to him at all he talks over you. cuts your sentences short. I have a full boat of ld I'm dyslexia, ADD, auditory processing issues of some type. I tell this to him and he flat outs says this all crap he understands about this issues because his wife and daughter has it.

I was one of the top employees there until management changed and it is changing again. How do i deal with these changes? the economic is very bad in NJ right now cannot fine a job making 21.00 an hour or more. So, I'm stuck here for a while how do I deal with it? The general manager saying it's all attitude. Been suspended for dumb stuff because of my LD. I was told my another manager I could not do my job has a cashier because of my dyslexia. I said that now fair because there a sup. and another cashier both have ADHD and dyslexia and they are doing that discrimination. i also was kicked of a the photo department where I excel in. The manager there is color blind so he understands about learning issues. They still wouldn't tell me why i had to leave. From my gathering it is because a member said something negative about me. I'm so misunderstood and don't how to change this around? With the auditory processing issue VERY hard for me to understand people in general. Makes it impossible to to understand in a noise warehouse and with my employees. Not to sound racist my friend whore are American I have no problem with. It's the foreign people I have give me the biggest problem.. how to you tell someone from another county your are difficult to understand with out sounding racist? Any advice how to deal with any of this situations?
