I was just diagnosed with ADHD (at 43). I also have depression/anxiety. My doc prescribed Ritalin, 5mg 2/day, and it definitely calms me down, but I've read somewhere about the timing of when you take Ritalin (in relation to work) being important. Also, when the med starts to wear off, I get more anxiety than i normally have. Any experienced Ritalin-takers who could answer my questions? Thanks.
