I would love to hear from someone on this too. I agree that my 11 yr old daughter is benefitting from the Focalin at school academically, but doesn't (in my opinion) help with her hyperactivity and behavior. I have been thinking of trying something different that would help with the behavior battle, but hate experimenting with meds when it does help at school.

I can see some positive changes, but she barely eats, can't sleep, and has been aggressive. I have a friend who's daughter is on Intuniv and loves it. I know each child is different but I'm not seeing enough changes with Focalin XR to just "deal with the side effects."
